Course Description

Whilst we would like to think we are fair, broad-minded and unbiased, everyone is influenced by thoughts and feelings that reside in our unconscious and which impact on our performance and decision making at work.  This seminar will highlight how these bias impact employee authenticity at work.

She has twenty years of leadership experience in consulting in assisting global companies to maximize revenues during expansions, mergers, and acquisitions at Alabama Department of Revenue, Deloitte, and Stout Causey & Horning, LLP.  In 2006, she began her career as a business owner starting Trusted Business Advisors and she has owned and operated several businesses.  

Jeannine grew up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and currently lives in Atlanta, Georgia.  She loves live musical performances and is often found listening to music, singing along and dancing.
