Amin Venjara is the General Manager of ADP's Data Solutions business unit. In this role, he is responsible for cultivating customer value from ADP's data assets on the world of work covering nearly 20% of US workers. He leads the strategy, execution, and operations of ADP’s DataCloud including HCM analytics and benchmarking and Data-as-a-service (DaaS) business lines.

Previously, Amin was VP of Product for DataCloud, ADP's ML, analytics, and data platform, and DVP of Strategy and Business Development for Compliance Solutions, where he helped lead ADP acquisition of Global Cash Card and the launch of customer and partner experience programs. He also spent over a decade leading teams between the Boston Consulting Group and the startup space. His thinking on how data and ML shape the future of work has been featured in Harvard Business Review, Fortune, and HR Executive.

Amin holds a Master's in Data Science from UC Berkeley, an MA from Princeton University, and a BSE and BAS from the University of Pennsylvania as part of the Jerome Fisher Management and Technology program.
