Course Description

Our series on Change Management for Firms wouldn't be complete without tackling technology as one of the biggest topics of change. This webinar will address key principles that firm leaders should consider as they think through implementing technology and evaluating the benefits of that implementation.

Join us as we review case studies of technology implementation and what guides the decisions to make these changes. Firm owners and leaders will learn when it's time (and not time) to change their technology along with key principles that can drive their technology choices. This webinar will also study key technology choices in real life case studies that demonstrate how to assess technology changes.

Learning Objectives:

  • List key principles to consider when evaluating a change in firm technology

  • Evaluate case studies of firm technology implementation

  • Identify key technology choices and how they can affect firm operations
